This is the last week in our Core Values series. Today Miles is focusing on us, God's Church globally and CrossRoads locally, being "United in Purpose."
The application of God's Word to our lives is a little different today. After Miles' Message, Terry comes to invite us to dig a little deeper and think very specifically. So be prepared for contemplation, reflection and a challenge as the episode wraps up.

Week 1 of Core Values - "Uncompromising Truth."
These don't apply only to CrossRoads Christian Church. Core Values are the very things God has called us to carry with us everywhere we go as we follow Him.
When you're at work, when you're with your family or friends, when you're watching TV or listening to the radio, what someone says, or even what you say/think, it has to line up with God's Word to be true.
We start with The Bible, and our ideas line up with it.

Miles is wrapping up our Sermon Series called, NEXT. He's mainly using Matthew 28 and Act 1; so get your Bible ready and be prepared to be challenged as wee look at the power of God alive and living in us through the Holy Spirit.

Welcome to the CrossRoads Podcast. This week was a special edition of worship at CrossRoads. Our Chaos kids, the Jr. High Ministry, took over the worship service. They brought their worship, their energy into the main auditorium for us to worship along side them and it was a great morning! Aaron, our Student Pastor, brought the message. It's Sunday, September 22nd; and Tracy Thomas is with us, stepping in from 2nd Church of Christ to bring us a very specific message for CrossRoads and the season we're in as Miles is preparing to step away and Terry begins preaching more often. The Message is titled, "Transitions," and the text is from 2 Timothy 4:1-8.

NEXT, Pave The Way. Sept 15, 2024

Terry Goodwin is preaching in our series called NEXT. The message is titled, "Pave the Way," from Matthew 3:1-3.
God has a plan for your life. You have a purpose. Sometimes it seems like we can't figure it out. It can feel like we're walking around lost and aimless. But God's with you right where you're at. God's with you in your wondering. I hope you see God at work in your life this week, not just for your own benefit but for the benefit of the world around you.
That's what following Jesus is all about. We do what He did, and ultimately Jesus didn't come to be served, but to serve. I pray you find your spot to be God's hands and feet this week. Paving the Way for someone to better know Jesus.

It's Sunday, September 1st and we are entering our "Next" Sermon Series. Terry Goodwin is kicking it off with a Message from Matthew 28: 16-20 called, "Let's Go!"
At CrossRoads, we want to be a place that's known for walking beside you in your journey with the Lord. It's so difficult to do that well in an online community, which is why we want to invite you to worship with us in person on Sunday mornings at 9:00am. We have exciting worship, engaging teaching and interactive programming for our kids ranging from the Nursery through Jr High.
Sr High students have their gathering on Sunday nights from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Right now they're venturing out to serve the community. They would love for your high school student to join them.

Seek, Chasing Satisfaction. Aug 25, 2024
